Garnish is a sophisticated cocktail bar concept inspired by British botanical heritage. The concept revolves around reviving historic mixology with a modern twist, using foraged, local, and seasonal ingredients to craft flavourful cocktails.

The goal was to develop a brand identity that resonated with cocktail enthusiasts seeking authenticity, atmosphere, and a deeper connection to place and provenance.

I hand drew a set of vintage-inspired botanical illustrations to reflect the bar's charm and refined aesthetic. The logo features a stylised branch of wild garlic, a commonly foraged British ingredient.
