Beatrice contacted me after recently inheriting her father’s estate agency business, located in rural Tuscany.
As the business entered a new chapter, she wanted her brand to have a new look, as this hadn’t been updated
since the agency was established in 1995.
Beatrice requested a new logo and visuals that would reflect the modern audience she is targeting, that would stand out amongst her competitors and appeal to both local and foreign customers.
For the text I chose a classic, serif typeface that would give it a timeless feel, accompanied by earthy colours that reflect the location.
The mark immediately conveys a tuscan home, and the client also requested that her name was integrated in the logo, as an immediate point of contact for anyone getting in touch.
